I have taught you in the way of wisdom; I have led you in right paths.
Proverbs 4.11
Many Christians don't take advantage of the lessons taught by God. He expects His creatures, to whom He has given dominion over His works, to follow His commands: Then God blessed them, and God said to them, Be fruitful, and multiply, fill the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over every living thing that moves on the earth (Genesis 1.28). Having been taught the way of wisdom, why would one look for another?
Imagine the Creator declaring that He has given us all wisdom to fulfill His first command: to be fruitful, multiply, fill the earth and subdue it! Now, rule over everything but Him and His Kingdom. In the verse under study, it is written that God made us to walk in straight paths, but man went astray and can no longer walk them, but once converted, he can!
God's understanding cannot be compared with that of man. Even if there were people of great knowledge, they wouldn't be able to come close to the Lord's knowledge. He knows everything down to the smallest detail. The good thing is that He has revealed through the Scriptures what we need, and the Holy Spirit teaches us everything: But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all things that I said to you (John 14:26).
God not only possesses wisdom, but is also Wisdom itself. That's why we should devote ourselves to reading the Bible assiduously and with an open heart. Thus, having learned from the Lord, it can be said that, in the revelation received from Him, we become teachers (1 Corinthians 1:5-8). When God opens our understanding to some part of the Scripture, He makes us able to pass on the lesson to those who need such a blessing. Being made as an authority over evil is a great responsibility!
The Most High says that He teaches us in the way of wisdom; therefore, what we learn from Him is the best we could receive to make us victorious in every way. For I have given you an example, that you also should do as I have done to you (John 13:15). Such duty weighs on us after we have been enlightened by the Holy Spirit according to the Word. He bestows His blessings on the world through those whom He calls and anoints. Be committed to God's work!
As well as instructing us, God makes us walk in the right paths. So never fear the devil's lies. After all, what you learn from the Lord is the answer to the problems and needs that you and others are facing, or will soon face. We are servants and stewards of our heavenly Father's gifts to our generation. It is wonderful to please the Lord, certain that our entry into His Kingdom is meant to accomplish something in this time. Take care of your talent!
What we do on a daily basis, as well as what we plan, can bring the Almighty joy or sorrow. We have to stay awake so as not to let the evil one bring his lie; if that happens, poor us; we'll be lost. The Most High has given us tasks to do. To this end, He has taught us to walk in the way of wisdom!
In Christ, with love,

Today's Prayer
God, eternal Master! We are pleased to be Your disciples. At Your feet we can sit and learn true wisdom, which sets us free and leads others away from sin. They will learn from us and follow You!
We are responsible for doing what pleases You, bringing Your blessing to the thousands who live far from the Truth and are oppressed by the devil. Our joy is to see them come to understand You and become ministers of Your will. You are our Friend!
We praise You for what You have made known to us and for the small works we do. Your advice makes us wiser, so Your work and Your wishes are known to millions of people around the world. Your love completes us!
