For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.
Ephesians 2.10
One of the reasons we were born again is in the highlighted verse: we were created for good works. The Lord knows how the saved should act in order to help rescue the lost, which is why He has commanded us to carry out His work. One sows the Word, another waters, God gives growth and another harvests. In this way, a person is born into the Kingdom of Heaven, recreated in Christ, with the mission of carrying out the same deeds as the Savior (1 Corinthians 3:6-9).
When the time came to form the being who would lead creation - man - God and the other two persons of the Trinity decided to create him in Their image and likeness (Genesis 1.26,27) from the dust of the earth. However, Adam's sin separated us from the Most High and destined us for eternal damnation (Romans 5:12). The Father's love was so great that He sent His Son into the world to die for us, rescuing us from perdition, so that we could walk beside Him again (John 1.12)
The re-creation takes place in Jesus and was accomplished when He descended into the realm of death and revived after defeating the devil. Christ had to go through eternal separation, just as we did with Adam's sin. On the cross, when this happened, He exclaimed: And about the ninth hour Jesus cried out with a loud voice, saying, “Eli, Eli, lama sabachthani,” that is, “My God, My God, why have You forsaken me?” (Matthew 27:46). What a price!
After Jesus stripped Satan and the demons of the authority stolen from man, the Holy Spirit came down to where the Savior was and made Him alive, as well as all the people who were in the world and those who would be born (1 Corinthians 15:22). The work of re-creation has been accomplished. We help the lost to receive the new birth by telling them about this Truth. Those who believe in what the Son of God did in His death and receive Him as Savior and Lord are saved and become new creatures (2 Corinthians 5:17)
The re-creation is done in the spirit, and then your record with the accusations of your sins is removed and nailed to the cross: Having wiped out the handwriting that was against us, which was contrary to us. And He has taken it out of the way, having nailed it to the cross (Colossians 2.14). All you have to do is believe and call on the Name of the Lord to be saved (Romans 10:13)
From the moment you are redeemed, start evangelizing - spreading the Good News of the Gospel. Whoever believes will be saved on the spot, passing from the evil kingdom into the holy Kingdom of Christ our Lord. After the great decision to accept Him into your heart, you will already be saved and ordained to lead others to be redeemed as well (Mark 16.15). The Christian who fails to do good works will be held responsible for someone's perdition!
We must go everywhere doing good and carrying the precious seed in order to snatch the lost from the eternal fire. The power to do the right thing is in your hands. Just as others have told you about God's love, you need to do the same today. That way, you will please the Lord!
In Christ, with love,

Today's Prayer
Lord, incomparable in love! You have not given up on saving us, so you have given us precious salvation by opening our understanding. Today, we are saved. Now we pray and go out to do the same works as Your Son!
We have family members we love and we wouldn't want to see them walking into the lake that will burn for eternity. How many could be rescued to enter Your Kingdom of love and light! God, look at them and help us lead them to Heaven!
It's so good to know that we have Your promise that if we ask anything in Your Name, You will hear us. We come before You with confidence to beg You to save our household and the rest of the lost who are taking great strides towards perdition!
