DIVINE DECISION

Casting lots causes contentions to cease, and keeps the mighty apart.
Proverbs 18.18
In the past, when revelation wasn't complete, God's servants cast lots to clear up any doubts about the work of the Lord's chosen one (John 1.7). Today, we have the Holy Spirit who teaches us all things. God's children don't have to live in the dark. By walking in faith in Christ, they will know what decision to make (John 14:16). There is a more excellent way (1 Corinthians 12:31).
We must learn to live in the excellence of Heaven, because that's what Jesus came for. He carried out the work planned by the heavenly Father, as the Word says: And in the greatness of Your excellence, You have overthrown those who rose against You; You sent forth Your wrath; it consumed them like stubble (Exodus 15.7). Christ is the Greatness of the excellency of the Most High, for He overthrew those who rose up against God, defeating them completely (Colossians 2.15).
In the course of my life of faith, I have seen many people come to us. Their purpose was not to serve God, but to serve themselves. They saw mistakes in everyone, but they didn't see their own: And why do you look at the speck in your brother’s eye, but do not consider the plank (something bigger that supports a hypocritical and evil life] in your own eye? (Matthew 7.3).
We mustn't forget that one of the ways God speaks to us is through the testimony of His will. When we read the Bible or listen to preaching, we have to be attentive to what will enter our hearts. When we understand the Scriptures, the Father shows us the right direction. We need to walk uprightly before the Most High, because He is the real and absolute Truth. Let's fight and win the battles!
Fortune separated the powerful, and they accepted the verdict. Today, we have the consolations of the Holy Spirit through the Word, which must guide our attitudes. This is what the Bible says about the testimony of the Lord: The law of the Lord is perfect, converting the soul; the testimony of the Lord is sure, making wise the simple (Psalm 19.7) Serving God by faith is the best!
The powerful do not usually bow down to anyone, as they are accustomed to achieving victory in everything they put their hand to. However, the mighty in the Lord are servants of the One who knows all things. They never despise God's revelations, but set out for victory, bowing before the testimony of the Most High. We must grow in the Lord so as not to act in the flesh (Ephesians 4:11-16).
It would be good if all judges were servants of God and lived in His presence and love. With the simple touch of God, they would give the sentence that favors the innocent and the penalty to the guilty. Christians are advocates for the lost, not only to make them understand that Jesus has paid the price for their iniquities, but also to make them maintain their freedom in Christ. We must judge with righteous judgment (John 7:24).
In Christ, with love,

Today's Prayer
Lord, our Judge and Guide! How can we not love You, when You are pure to the people who come to You? You are our Guide in all matters, so we come before You to know how to act impartially and sincerely. Help us, Father!
We don't want to cast lots, because that's no longer necessary. The Perfect One has come and done the necessary work. Today, forgiveness is the best sentence man can hear in his entire life. How we need to be forgiven and transformed by You!
Give us Your love! We will not help the enemy who continually asks us to help him perpetrate his evils. We want to collaborate with Your justice, exercising the authority of the Name of Jesus, which undoes the devil's snares. Father, we thank You for your instruction!
