And Sarah said, “God has made me laugh, and all who hear will laugh with me”
Genesis 21:6
Let's talk a little about Sarah, the woman who received from God the virtue to be a mother, when the Angel announced that she would have a son. Being near Abraham, Sarah heard that promise and was filled with joy, laughing to herself: Therefore Sarah laughed within herself, saying, “After I have grown old, shall I have pleasure, my lord being old also?” (Genesis 18:12). God continues to visit His children and make them laugh with joy!
David wrote in Psalm 100: Serve the Lord with gladness; come before His presence with singing (Psalm 100:2). The Most High expects you to live this way to bless you. Examine yourself and see your daily conduct. Do you seek the Lord like a warrior—rejecting a negative response, like Jacob, who did not let the angel go until he blessed him (Genesis 32:22-32)— or like someone defeated in faith?
We must learn to live according to what the Scriptures teach us and not according to the religious. Although Isaiah has taught us the way to obtain revelations from the Most High, we do not see people following this direction from the Word, which says: Therefore with joy you will draw water from the wells of salvation. (Isaiah 12:3). If we do not change our countenance from sadness to satisfaction, the wells of salvation will cease to open so that we may illuminate our soul.
Well, if there is no light, there is darkness. What kind of life have you been enjoying so far, even if you ask for Heaven's help, dedicating yourself to fasting and prayer, as the servants of God did in the past? Behave as Jesus instructed in the days when He built His Church on Earth. It is impossible to live far from the Truth, on the margins of the Master's revelations. Everything has already been done by God; now, you just have to believe!
Abraham laughed when he learned he would be a father at a hundred years old (Genesis 17:17); Sarah laughed and asked if she would have pleasure again after getting old. Yes, both were rejuvenated and became parents. Stop lamenting and thinking that life has lost its value because of your age. King David sent us the following message: Who satisfies your mouth with good things, so that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s (Psalm 103:5).
It was by faith that Sarah received the power to conceive a child. Faith is not an illusion, but the conviction that comes to the people of God by listening to His Word: Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen (Hebrews 11:1). People will only attain the promises guaranteed in the Bible if they change the way they think and receive the blessing. When the Lord opens your understanding about something, the certainty that it is yours follows soon after. So, believe and consider the work done!
It is time for you to laugh with Sarah, having understood that the work is yours. Place your trust to the Heavenly Father, and He will work in your favor (Hebrews 11:6). After all, you are in the New Covenant made in the blood of Christ and belong to the new work prepared by God since creation to fulfill in your life. Be responsible for what the Lord tells you!
In Christ, with love,

Today's Prayer
Lord! We are thrilled by the way You use those who trust in Your Word. We are privileged to believe that You are the same today and will be tomorrow as You were yesterday. We must enjoy the good things You have done for us!
We thank You for renewing Sarah, just as You will also do the same for those who need peace, health, and anointing to restart their lives, which were previously wasted in sin. You grant those who love You the opportunity to be born again to enter Heaven!
We want to laugh with satisfaction for having our hearts changed by You. Nothing is more productive than living surrounded by signs, wonders, and marvels. Awaken us to go to You and receive Your anointing. It is good to be part of the Body of Christ!
