For it pleased the Father that in Him all the fullness should dwell
Colossians 1.19
When creating the invisible and visible worlds, God, perfect in all His deeds, had already begotten His Son, who would be the embodiment of His power. That is why we can say, “Like Father, like Son.” The Most High was pleased that His fullness would dwell in the Son (Colossians 2:9). Thus, Jesus could say of Himself: And he who sees Me sees Him who sent Me (John 12.45).
God also created us in His image and likeness (Genesis 1:26), but Adam lost his way when he ate the forbidden fruit (Genesis 3). Man fell into sin and was deprived of divine glory (Romans 3:23). However, the Father did not allow the destiny of human beings to be eternally separated from Him. The Most High planned our salvation, but for this work to be accomplished, the sacrifice of someone holy was necessary. The Son of God was the chosen one, the only one who was sinless like the Father!
Through Jesus, not only was divine justice satisfied, but the author of evil was also stripped of the authority he had stolen from the first couple when they disobeyed God. Perhaps (and here I leave my assumption) in due time, Adam and Eve would have been given the right to eat the fruit. For the Lord, heeding His Word is very valuable.
Thus, as planned, the King was born in Bethlehem of Judah, according to the prophet, by divine inspiration, revealed: “But you, Bethlehem Ephrathah, though you are little among the thousands of Judah, yet out of you shall come forth to Me the One to be Ruler in Israel, whose goings forth are from of old, from everlasting.” (Micah 5.2). How could the religious leaders of Israel not see the mistake they made in rejecting the One who fulfilled the requirements of the Word?
Today, many Jews continue to deny the biblical writings that point to Jesus as the Messiah sent by God to save mankind from sin. He willingly accomplished everything that was announced about Him in the Law and the Prophets. One day, this people, who had a holy birthright, will recognize Him and then speak of Him better than we do today (Romans 11:26). The branch of Jesse's stem will flourish (Isaiah 11:1), and the Lamb of God sacrificed at Passover will be pointed out as their true Savior!
We have already recognized Jesus as the Messiah, the One sent by God who did not shrink from suffering and death, and death on a cross, which He endured to rescue us from the hands of the devil (Colossians 1:13). All divine fullness dwells in Christ, which is why He said to His disciples: Jesus said to him, “Have I been with you so long, and yet you have not known Me, Philip? He who has seen Me has seen the Father; so how can you say, ‘Show us the Father’? (John 14.9). It will be beautiful when everyone confesses Him!
You may ask me: “How can we obtain the best of God?” Accepting Lord Jesus as you sufficient Savior, as the bible instructs. That way, you will be one of the children of God. But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name: (John 1.12). Many wait for when, through the Holy Spirit, the veil that once was on Moses’ face will be lifted, in order that they see that, truthfully, Christ is Lord (2 Corinthians 3.13-16).
In Christ, with love,

Today's Prayer
Almighty God! It is wonderful to see people convert to Christ and become like Him! We are not yet what we will be in the future, but as we see this happen, the world will see in us the One who was resurrected and saved us.
To return to live with You, You left promises in the Bible, among them that our sins would be placed on Jesus on the cross. He, indeed, died and went alone to Hell to free those captives from Satan's yoke. We are grateful for this!
Father, we await Christ's return to take us to Heaven. The trumpet will sound, the dead will be raised, and those who wait for You will be transformed and ascend with You. What a day! Come, Lord Jesus! We await You!
