And he said to me, “O Daniel, man greatly beloved, understand the words that I speak to you, and stand upright, for I have now been sent to you.” While he was speaking this word to me, I stood trembling.
Daniel 10:11
When the Lord addresses a person, they should stop what they are doing and pay attention to Him, because it is surely their turn to be blessed. From that moment on, what God says will be the continuation of the instruction for them to become successful in life. The Creator would never make a mistake in saying anything, but it may be that those who have become the target of His love don't want to let go of their doubts and mistakes. Never reject good!
Daniel was a man greatly beloved because of the faith and purity in his heart. With these virtues, he served God, which is why he was more than necessary for the Babylonian kingdom. Those who give themselves to the Lord, serving Him with integrity, will never be despised by any king or business owner. The saved who truly live out their faith in Christ will be accepted everywhere, because they do no harm even to the wicked (Matthew 5:39-42). Be a blessing!
Despite being almost perfect to the point of being greatly belved, Daniel had to be alert to the Lord's words. This is the least we need to do to continue on the missions given by the Most High. When we don't listen to Him, we stop doing good and do what we should never even think about. We need to be complete servants of the Kingdom of God. We must be completely obedient to the Word!
Once our souls are at peace, wanting to do more and better for Jesus, we have to get up without any hindrance to carry out the task commanded by God. Otherwise, we will lose the reason we were saved and sent into this world. See what the Lord recommends in the parable of the sower, when He talks about the deceitfulness of riches, the cares of this world and the ambition for other things (Matthew 13.22). They make us worthless to God!
Daniel shouldn't be afraid, because the messenger who brought the revelation from Heaven could also make his life a blessing. Therefore, we must let the Holy Spirit strengthen us to carry out God's will. Live normally as someone who is no different from anyone else, except in the fear of the Lord. The saved don't belong to themselves; in fact, the Lord rescued them from perdition and anointed them to bless humanity!
The revelations given to us don't always reassure us of our obligation to do the right thing, and that's normal. After all, we are fragile and wavering beings. However, the faith given to us to obey the Lord and do His will gives us the necessary qualifications; all we have to do is believe. Show that you are a faithful servant by doing everything you have been told to do. God's Spirit will help you. Pray!
You don't know or imagine how far you can go if you believe in the Most High with all your heart. There is power in His words to tear down and to lift up (Proverbs 18:21). Walk as an obedient servant, not a Pharisee with no commitment to the Truth!
In Christ, with love,

Today's Prayer
God of men greatly beloved! It's good to know that, by fearing You, we are desired by everyone, even by those who don't love You. Better than that is what awaits the person who bows before You and fulfills Your holy plan of salvation!
We are fulfilled in knowing and obeying You. We lack nothing to give Your Holy Spirit the joy of having awakened us to the Truth. The one You enlighten needs to join us in obeying the command to Go!
Help us to lean neither to the right nor to the left. We must serve You as You wish: firmly and faithfully. According to Your Word, we must do Your will as Jesus did. Father, thank You!
