And supper being ended, the devil having already put it into the heart of Judas Iscariot, Simon’s son, to betray Him
John 13.2
While the disciples of Jesus rejoiced in the presence of the Master and with the ministry of His teachings, Judas Iscariot, son of Simon, exchanged the position of son of the King of kings for that of a servant of Satan. Great was the loss! He traded the wealth that neither moth nor rust consume in the Kingdom of Light for 30 pieces of silver, something of negligible value compared to the peace of living in Heaven (Matthew 6:19-20).
How many have also done this? Many had the anointing from Above, but they adopted lies and other suggestions from the devil, instead of remaining in the position of honor before the Lord. The wrong choice will lead the person to the worst situations, and, after their days on Earth are over, if they do not receive Christ in their life, they will plunge into eternal perdition. The fall will be continuous!
The history of the Church of Christ contains records like that of Judas, who did not know how to surrender to God and ended up yielding to the evil one. Whoever has sense should purge all wicked thoughts and confess, as soon as possible, everything to the Lord, in order to attain forgiveness and mercy from the Most High (Proverbs 28:13). Unfortunately, the school founded by Judas has its doors open for others to enter and destroy themselves. They refuse to live the Truth!
Every time you hear the preaching of the Word and remember that you have sinned, you must confess the sin to God. Then, seek out the person you wronged and make amends with them, obeying the Lord (Matthew 5:23-26). Even if you repent late, never commit the transgression again. Repentance makes the Most High grant forgiveness (Acts 3:19). See how much you have suffered since the Lord's Supper ended. Have you submitted to the desires of the devil?
Eleven disciples rejoiced with Christ and His actions, but Judas Iscariot was satisfied with the 30 pieces of silver he would keep as proof that he deserved to go to Hell. He could have stood before the other apostles and confessed his error, begging for divine forgiveness, but his evil nature did not allow him to do anything in favor of divine fidelity. There is no forgiveness without repentance!
Never let the devil sow evil in your heart. Seek out those you have hurt and show yourself repentant to be forgiven. The Master did not stay forever at the table of the Last Supper. He washed the feet of all those He loved, but Judas had other intentions and left. Let the Almighty complete His work of purification, for whoever is not cleansed by Him will have no part in Christ (John 13:3-8).
Before the supper ends, let the Lord cleanse you, for the battle of your life cannot be lost. Make the right decision and go into the arms of the Savior. You need Him to be happy. The yoke of Jesus is easy and His burden is light (Matthew 11:28-30). Heavy is what you have been experiencing for not having the courage to redeem yourself. How much longer will you resist?
In Christ, with love,

Today's Prayer
Merciful Lord! We are grateful for Your immense and unconditional love! We do not wish to be by Satan's side when he is being tormented forever in the lake of fire and brimstone. We want to redeem ourselves now! Help us!
Why not reconcile ourselves with You, whom we desire with all our hearts? It is not possible to continue living without Your love, always making excuses for why we don't see our problems solved. Father, we ask for Your forgiveness!
We thank You for Your love and for the strength You give us to free ourselves from the actions of the kingdom of darkness. You envelop us with Your grace, making us rise and reconcile with You and with those we have wronged!
