The Church of God in the desert was finding a direction for the problems to be resolved. Every church must undergo a complete change in its auxiliary staff so that the divine will is fulfilled perfectly, even if the situation mirrors that of the people — an emergency. The leaders of those tribes came to join efforts and carry out the work with total dedication. We will build the healthy Church of the Lord!

The world watches us with the most diverse suspicions, but our love for Christ leads us to spread the message of His redemptive work. When people come to us and find simplicity, wisdom, and the divine love, alive and reigning, they ask if they can also partake in this blessing. In the world, there is a lack of hope for those who do not know that Christ sets free. Believe in the Lord!

Moses took the leaders of the tribes of Israel, men endowed with a wonderful wisdom not seen anywhere else. When we evangelize, people shrink back because they do not understand our immense love for the Savior. We respond to this reaction by affirming that there is no and will never be any religious feeling in us. Therefore, we qualify ourselves as practitioners of the Word of God.

We learn from Jesus that the Gospel is not about dogmas, creeds, or concepts to give people hope of being happy someday. The Gospel is the power of God for those who believe that Christ died to give salvation to humanity (Romans 1:16,17). The Messiah gave Himself for us, descended into Hell, and paid a very high price (Isaiah 53:4-6). Therefore, we must reject any oppression caused by problems.

In fact, we don't have to get into religious matters or exchange accusations. Generally, we leave these debates sad because we haven't awakened people about how to use God's power to be set free (2 Timothy 2:24-26). Any sick person who seeks Jesus and confesses that, having heard about Him, the certainty of healing has arisen in their heart, will receive it. Just pray, and the Lord will do it!

Moses had asked the leaders of the tribes to appoint men to judge the minor cases of the population in the desert, as the major ones would be handled by him. The servant of God listened to all those who were chosen to be blessing ministers in Israel and appointed them to this new role. In this way, the concerns would be resolved.

The group of Moses' assistants had never seen this man of God judge those who got into disputes with family members or neighbors. However, they would learn from him and soon act to bring peace and security to everyone.
