God's plan for the Church of Christ was drawn up even before the creation of the world (Revelation 13:8). The Spirit of the Lord knows how to act wisely. The Church must remain firm and willing to act under the guidance of the Word. Never exchange what He says for what seems right. Only the Almighty is the unchanging Truth. He saves those who believe in Him (John 3:36; 20:30,31).

           The descendants of Jacob by the flesh, when they go through the trial and succeed, are seen as princes, and those who descend from him by faith - we, Jews or Gentiles - no matter where we were born, make up the true people who will ascend with Jesus at His return. The Jews are the Lord's natural people, but they have not yet been converted; they have the veil that Moses wore when he came down from the mountain over them. When this is taken away, they will be converted, and we will be one people (2 Corinthians 3:13-16). Jesus is the Light!

           The Church of Christ is the true Israel that is still a child, but is loved by the Lord, who has promised never to forsake him, as long as it fulfills the commandment received from Him on the day of His assumption into Heaven (Matthew 28.18-20). Those who refuse to obey God will not ascend to Glory, because they have reduced the divine commandment to an inferior position to the decrees made by them without the Lord's participation. Tasteless salt is worthless (Matthew 5.13).

           Even as a child, Israel was God's pure possession and would be His agency on earth. The Father knows everything about us, because He sees what we feel when His Word is revealed. That's why we must be careful not to waste anything He says. We are judged by our love or lack of love, for Him. Doing God's will must be our decision!

           The statement that the child Israel was loved is powerful. In fact, this has been the case since the beginning of everything. Abraham's faithfulness to the Lord was real, and the whole Church must dedicate itself to fulfilling the biblical plan. In this way, it will continue to be loved unconditionally by the Lord. We are part of a greater project than we know. We can't waste the good fortune that has knocked on our door, asking permission to enter. God is faithful!

           The child Israel, according to the flesh, went through trials in Egypt. The second Israel, the Church of Christ, faced worse treatment at the hands of the authorities in Rome. There was not even consideration from these prostituted kings for people who had never committed any wrong against the Roman state. They were persecuted for not giving up their love for Christ. God has called us out of darkness into His marvelous light (1 Peter 2:9).

           We didn't give up our values, the biblical revelations with their beautiful promises, nor did we give up on the command to take the message of the cross to the four corners of the Earth. Our call was a blessing we will never forget. Our mission is to deliver God's invitation to society. In this way, the change that has already been determined will take place. After all, Jesus paid the price for man's redemption with His blood. We will live forever at the Lord's side in glory!
