Thus says the Lord: “Heaven is My throne, and earth is My footstool. Where is the house that you will build Me? And where is the place of My rest?
Isaiah 66.1
Through the prophet Isaiah, we glimpse a portion of the greatness of the Almighty and understand that making a house for God is impossible, for everything that exists in the universe is within Him. The apostle Paul said: for in Him we live and move and have our being, as also some of your own poets have said, ‘For we are also His offspring.’ (Acts 17.28). The temples we build are for the people to attend and be blessed; the Church is the union of the saved and not the temple (1 Corinthians 3.16,17).
The outer space seen by man is the empty, unoccupied area between the stars. According to studies, we live in a galaxy made up of planets, stars and other celestial bodies, which number in the billions. However, according to scientists, the Universe has billions of galaxies, which may be hyperbole - a gigantic number to say that the size of the world created by God is immeasurable. According to the words of the Apostle Paul in Acts 17, all this moves in God.
How can we build a house for the Most High to enter and rest in, when the Creator Himself shows that it is unnecessary to build a temple for this? Imagine the weeping and despair of people who don't believe in the existence of God and say it's enough to eat and drink, because tomorrow they will die. We've been talking about the material world, which is small compared to the spiritual world. It is better to learn about the mysteries of God when we are in heaven (Deuteronomy 29:29).
What we call Heaven is the good part of the spiritual regions, where the Lord's throne is. Who is man to defy the Creator? Only those who are taken in by lies can doubt God's existence. It is good to believe the Scriptures, so as not to be condemned for joining Satan, the chief liar (John 8.44b; 17.17). How good is the Being who created everything and possesses everything, and who defines Himself as love (1 John 4.8). It is a great blessing to be part of Him!
We have been taught by the Lord to be His dwelling place here, and in Heaven we will live forever away from the tempter, lies and evil deeds. Jesus said: “If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word; and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our home with him. (John 14.23). What a privilege to be God's dwelling place! In this statement by the Master, we confirm what we will be in eternity!
The Holy Scripture says more about us: But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light; (1 Peter 2.9). What beautiful statements the Lord makes about us through the apostle Peter! According to the Word, we were made to proclaim the virtues of Christ, who called us out of darkness into His marvelous light. Examine yourself and consecrate yourself to God quickly!
We are the Lord's chosen people. Therefore, there is no way the devil can snatch us out of his hand, as Jesus said: And I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; neither shall anyone snatch them out of My hand. (John 10.28). To those who are not yet saved, I advise you to accept Jesus as Savior and Lord, consecrate yourself to Him and preach His message.
In Christ, with love,

Today's Prayer
God of all things! You are more than we can imagine. Your presence is in the entire Universe, and everything moves in You. We do not accept living far from Your care. We need to be members of the Body of Christ. What a blessing You have given us!
We thank You for sending Your Only Begotten to die in our place, suffering our iniquities, transgressions, pains and illnesses, and the punishment that brings us peace. What love You had for those who were condemned to eternal death!
We cannot find words to describe You, speaking of Your glory, Your power and love. Father, we are Yours, we will move and live by Your side through Your mercy. Help us to love You and do Your will!
