This is a wonderful statement to begin our study of the Word, which nourishes, protects and guards us. Every day we must remember that we are on our way to meet God, the Creator of everything in the physical and spiritual world. It's good to be open to the Truth, because we need to leave this “classroom” better than we entered it. The Master will enlighten us, anoint us and use us for His glory and our good. He is our Father!

The purity of God's Word is countless, which is why it was called that. In it there is not even a risk of moral dirt, imperfection or error. It works the divine will with all mastery and, when we please Him, even the desires of our heart are granted: May He grant you according to your heart’s desire, and fulfill all your purpose. (Psalm 20.4). The Word is Jesus coming into the world and taking on our form (John 1.1-14). The Lord is awesome!

The Most High uses this uncommon purity to sanctify us, as the Master said: Sanctify them by Your truth. Your word is truth. (John 17:17). Sanctification comes from paying total attention to God, and not to your own desires and thoughts. If you want to be used by the Lord, He will sanctify you. Without this, you will never be able to be an instrument in God's work (Isaiah 59:1,2). As the Lord's temple, you must be clean (1 Corinthians 6:19).

Understand what God wants from your life and embrace what He says about you. Then you will experience the Lord's perfection: Finally, brethren, farewell. Become complete. Be of good comfort, be of one mind, live in peace; and the God of love and peace will be with you (2 Corinthians 13:11). Anyone who lives with a mind full of evil thoughts must immediately confess this to the Father and take up their new life (1 John 1:8,9).

The Most High does not lack the anointing to cleanse sinners or the power to change their lives. However, they need to make an effort to take on what God has prepared for those who love Him, keep the commandments and keep them (John 14:21). The secret is to walk in faith and love for God, rejecting the temptations of the evil one. When a person is tempted to act contrary to the Bible, but resists the devil, they have not sinned (1 Peter 5:8,9). So rejoice that you have not erred (James 1:2-4,12).

We must love God with all our heart, all our soul and all our mind. The Scriptures state: Jesus said to him: “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind” (Matthew 22.37). In order to carry out the Lord's work, His children need to be sanctified. If you want to reach this position, approach your heavenly Father in prayer and supplication in order to share in eternal happiness!

There is no better time to sanctify yourself than now. In a world filled with temptation, the Lord's servants must reject immoral movies, sensual appeals, and all forms of sin, in order to sanctify themselves more and more, according to the Word: "He who is unjust, let him be unjust still; he who is filthy, let him be filthy still; he who is righteous, let him be righteous still; he who is holy, let him be holy still" (Revelation 22:11). Never allow yourself to be defiled, because when you are saved, you have been sanctified to truly love God!
