This was to fulfill the word of Isaiah the prophet: “Lord, who has believed our message and to whom has the arm of the Lord been revealed?”
John 12.38
All the understanding we receive from reading the Bible, listening to its preaching or meditating on it is ours. The revelations of the eternal, invariable and mighty Word of God become words of faith that we have to use to live well and teach those in need sent by the Father. This is how we are made ministers of the Gospel, the Good News that Jesus commanded us to preach. We can neither add to nor take away from what He has given us!
So it was with Isaiah, considered the most enlightened prophet in the Scriptures. He didn't use his gift to get rich, famous or applauded by the crowds. The more we are servants, the more we please God, and the opposite is also true. We need to get on board with the Lord's plans, so that we're not just another chatterbox who talks and achieves nothing. Respect for the Lord is the beginning of a ministry rich in accomplishments that will produce praise for Him!
The One who came with no outward appearance made kings pause at the majestic and rich anointing He had been given. Isaiah was already talking about Jesus, who would be born 700 years later to change the destiny of those who believed in Him. According to the prophet, this is what Christ looked like: Just as there were many who were appalled at him — his appearance was so disfigured beyond that of any human being and his form marred beyond human likeness (Isaiah 52.14).
Our preaching about Jesus, being the only one worthy of acceptance by all, is the portrait of God, but not everyone will believe it. The Word sent to us will produce the best results if we live righteously before the Most High. When we strip ourselves of worldly things, pure revelation will flow from our mouths and our writings. We must not let anything take us off God's path. Watching and praying are difficult commands to fulfill (Matthew 26:41).
Our ministering of the Gospel must not differ from that of the Lord. We need to do the same works that He does (John 14:12), with the same tools and skills, and this will happen with the help of the Holy Spirit. It doesn't matter if this generation is corrupted, likes people who wear expensive clothes or uses any other subterfuge to "appear". We must act as the Master taught us. It is wise to flee from the deceitfulness of riches, the cares of life and the desires for other things (Mark 4.19).
The arm of the Lord is revealed through the proclamation of the Truth. Through it we are given faith, which unites us to God (Romans 10:17). The preaching of faith produces life, deliverance and phenomenal healings, similar to those carried out by Christ during his wandering on Earth. He is the perfect revelation of who the Father is, the Creator of all things. Without Jesus, no one can approach God, perceive His presence or receive what they need (John 14:6)
With faithfulness and sincerity to what God has made you understand in the Word, stripped of all the lies common to human beings, you will believe in the preaching of faith and make it your ministry. Then you will have justified why you were born at this time. Don't deceive yourself or call yourself a prophet. If you are simply a servant, God will be pleased with your life!
In Christ, with love,

Today's Prayer
God, Creator and Lord of all! First of all, we ask forgiveness for our faults! The deeds of Your hands justify, honor and glorify You. You never fail, despite the actions of the man You created in Your image and likeness. You are justified by Your love!
Through Christ we are what You thought, created and restored. Those who were no good at being the representation of Your being have become the very image of Your Son. In Him and through Him the work was done. You paid such a sacrifice to make us Your perfect work!
Even so, we confess that we are nothing and can do nothing without You. We must act as You planned. Be glorified in Your Son, who followed Your commands and assignments. You love us not only with words, but also though Your beautiful and good deeds! THE WORD WAS FULFILLED
