It is a mistake to think that people deluded by the evil one, who serve him, are more friendly than many Christians. In fact, those who walk under the devil's influence are prepared to fulfill his demands. That's why we hear news about the husband or wife who took their spouse's life; about friends who fell out and killed each other, and other almost unspeakable actions. However, with God, everything is different, for there is love!

Seven hundred years before Christ was born, Isaiah said that demons helped each other. Satan's deceitful work began in the realm of the spirit when he wished to be equal to God, but he could not, because evil does not triumph over good. Isaiah 14:13 describes: For you have said in your heart: ‘I will ascend into heaven; I will exalt my throne above the stars of God; I will also sit on the mount of the congregation

on the farthest sides of the north. Read the subsequent verses and see what Lucifer has become.

Thus it will happen to those who use lies to take advantage of a situation with the help of the devil. Acting honestly, according to the Scriptures, this person can achieve much more, without any condemnation on their record. I have even seen pastors lie to the church and, after being reprimanded, claim innocence, saying they said that to supposedly warm up the congregation. Mercy! They used profane fire (Numbers 26:61).

Evil spirits help each other, but the actions carried out in darkness, besides being wicked, will prevent their practitioners from receiving the rewards that God prepares for the sincere and pure. It is not just someone's effort that will grant them healing, prosperity, and other blessings. However, there are people used by the devil who insist on spreading lies, thinking that they will turn into truth.

Let's imagine a ministerial meeting in the church, where the leader is a servant of God and teaches the members not to lie. Just as Lucifer said in his heart: I will ascend above the heights of the clouds, I will be like the Most High. (Isaiah 14.14), one of the brothers may harbor similar ambitions toward the pastor. Although the leader urged them to live a pure life, in consecration to the Lord, that brother thinks his thoughts and intentions are not being seen by God. Poor life!

The Bible does not speak by chance about the workers who harbor the will of the devil in their hearts: Unless the Lord builds the house, they labor in vain who build it; unless the Lord guards the city, the watchman stays awake in vain (Psalm 127.1). In their history, there are deviations they consider normal, but God says the seed they plant is wicked, therefore they work in vain, as they are not guarded by Him. The sin of disobedience is costly and dangerous!

Today's verse shows that many have strived and even achieved some success, but they followed the path whose destination is the abyss of eternity, where those cast into it never stop falling, for there is no bottom to this depression that burns with fire and sulfur forever. It is necessary to strive to fulfill the commandments, but some do not believe in what the Heavenly Father says: “Harlotry, wine, and new wine enslave the heart. (Hosea 4.11).
