And these words which I command you today shall be in your heart.

Deuteronomy 6.6

Israel was bound by the revelation of God's Word not to sin. Now, no power in the universe is greater than that of the Lord. The Bible says: Therefore know this day and consider it in your heart, that the LORD Himself is God in heaven above and on the earth beneath; there is no other (Deuteronomy 4.39). Thinking about this, we see that fear comes from the devil to defeat the weak in faith!

Fear is a wide and high door that someone opens for the message of Hell to find a place and enter to destroy their life: If you should say in your heart, “These nations are greater than I; how can I dispossess them? Do not be afraid of them; do not fail to remember what the LORD your God did to Pharaoh and to all the Egyptians (Deuteronomy 7:17,18). Fill your heart with the biblical statements and you will always be successful!

Israel's journey did not come suddenly. God knew that, where there was no interference, His people would train to be victors: And you shall remember that the LORD your God led you all the way these forty years in the wilderness, to humble you and test you, to know what was in your heart, whether you would keep His commandments or not (Deuteronomy 8.2). The Lord wants to work in us in the same way!

The Bible says that man is desperately corrupt (Jeremiah 17:9). When he is in danger, he seeks God and cries out for help, but after the worst is over, he boasts and says that, modesty aside, he played a decisive role in the battles he faced. His ego is to think that he is the one to fight the Lord's wars: Then you say in your heart, ‘My power and the might of my hand have gained me this wealth’ (Deuteronomy 8:17).

The most dangerous word is the one found in the heart, because no one knows it: Do not think in your heart, after the LORD your God has cast them out before you, saying, ‘Because of my righteousness the LORD has brought me into possess this land’; but it is because of the wickedness of these nations that the LORD is driving them out from before you (Deuteronomy 9.4).Be loyal to the Savior!

In the year of remission, debts had to be forgiven and land returned. The fear of God guaranteed prosperity for all, but some didn't think so: Beware lest there be a wicked thought in your heart saying, The seventh year, the year of release, is at hand and your eye be evil against your poor brother, and you give him nothing; and he cry out to the Lord against you, and it become sin among you (Deuteronomy 15.9).

Never covet that which God has not revealed, nor try to discover the secrets of the Kingdom of Heaven: And if you say in your heart, “How shall we know the word which the LORD has not spoken?” (Deuteronomy 18.21). What God speaks is of the utmost importance and is at your disposal: For this word is very near you, in your mouth and in your heart, that you may do it (Deuteronomy 30.14). Believe, pray and take the blessing!

Today's Prayer

Lord of Truth! Every statement that You send or command us must be kept in our hearts, in order to produce the necessary faith in us. In this way, we will glorify You by following the Way, the Truth and the Life, Jesus Christ!

We rejoice in the revelations given to Your people. Everywhere, we see overcomers coming and thanking You for what they have learned from Your Word and, as a result, their families also seek You, find You and become overcomers.

We want to live Your Word continually. From the moment we wake up, we are already standing up for the promised blessings. Our love for You will never be ashamed, because we are loved by You too. Hallelujah!
