WISE MEN ASHAMED

The wise men are ashamed, they are dismayed and taken. Behold, they have rejected the word of the Lord; so what wisdom do they have?
Jeremiah 8:9
People who are not wise toward God will suffer great shame, for everything they have done without the participation and approval of the Most High will serve as a testimony against them and condemn them for not seeking help from the Lord. Jesus was very clear in saying that without Him we can do nothing (John 15:1-5). Therefore, accept this truth, for it will count at the final judgment (Matthew 10:32). The Lord is just and good to give everyone what they need.
The wise men of the world often laugh at the way God does His work. Some even offer to help build temples for Christ, but in reality, they would destroy the Lord's Church if such an offer were accepted. Only the Holy Spirit can guide us, giving those who believe in Jesus the supernatural ability to achieve the best results. Love God as the Scriptures instruct, honoring His will (John 14:21, 23).
The secret to putting these wise men to shame is to walk according to God's testimony given in His Word; after all, what it says will never be changed or fail to be fulfilled. The Father's directions bring us joy from beginning to end. The Bible records: Then Jesus spoke to them again, saying, “I am the light of the world. He who follows Me shall not walk in darkness, but have the light of life.” (John 8.12). He cares for us all!
God's saints are like children: innocent and without malice. They are instructed to be as simple as doves, but as wise as serpents (Matthew 10:16). When serpents sense danger, they raise their heads and put themselves in a defensive position. Being simple does not mean being foolish, thinking that nothing and no one will attack them. It means always being prepared to avoid any attack from the devil!
The wisdom of Heaven has several characteristics that identify it: But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, willing to yield, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality and without hypocrisy. (James 3:17) Pay attention to what the Holy Spirit taught in this biblical text and be alert. The Lord will never say anything that is not good for the pure hearts of His children. Watching and praying are God's guidance (Mark 14:38).
Some have a great ability to understand the things of the world and do something good for humanity—this cannot be denied. However, the mistake most make is to reject the instructions of the Bible. The fact that they despise divine guidance shows how corrupted the world is, because in it is the malice of the enemy. The truly wise please God (Proverbs 23:15). Be one of them, acting according to the Father's heart!
Those who reject the Word of the Creator of all things resist the Lord Himself and will never have true wisdom and will be lost forever. Loving God implies, first of all, believing in His existence and in the fact that He does not abandon His children. After all, He gave us His Spirit so that we might discern all His works and declarations.
In Christ, with love,

Today's Prayer
God who loves and honors His children! We have no reason to doubt You and Your Word. We were created by You and for You alone. We are happy to live with You, enjoying the richness of Your knowledge revealed in the Scriptures!
We will never bow our heads in shame, for although we are not wise according to the world, we are wise according to what You declare in the Bible. We feel Your joy because You have given us Your Spirit. We reject the offers of the evil one!
Jesus will return to take us to Himself, and then we will ascend with Him on wings like eagles. As we ascend, we will not look back, for we do not want to be like Lot's wife. Father, Your love is eternal!
